Daily lead sourcing and first touch, every weekday morning. I already hand this off. A scheduled flow pulls property listings, dedupes on a hashed address, enriches and scores each one with an LLM and a valuation API, computes the offer number, and pushes only the top leads into Close CRM. It fires at 10am on weekdays without me opening n8n, and it puts around 25 qualified leads a day in front of the client. What I read is the Slack digest, not the canvas.
