Terms of Service

Cleveland & Akron Home Services is operated by Voltaris Labs LLC, a directory of home service professionals serving Cleveland, Akron, and the surrounding Northeast Ohio area.

We include local home service businesses in our directory whether or not the business owner has requested it. Listings are compiled from publicly available sources (Google Business Profile, public records) and are provided as-is.

If you are the owner of a listed business and would like to update, claim, or remove your listing, contact us at support@clevelandakronpros.com or use the verify link sent to your business contact number.

Premium Listing is offered at $299 per year. Payment is processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

Premium features (featured placement, verified badge, priority support) are enabled within 1 hour of successful payment. Onboarding calls are scheduled within 2 business days.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or defame any business or person
• Attempt to bypass authentication, verification, or security controls
• Scrape or bulk-download listings without written permission
• Impersonate a business owner or claim a listing you do not own

Messages sent through a business's contact form are delivered to that business and to Cleveland & Akron Home Services for delivery confirmation. We do not sell or share visitor contact information with third parties.

By listing your business or engaging with our verification flow, you consent to receive occasional email or SMS from us related to your listing (verify links, onboarding, service updates, and Premium upgrade offers). Reply STOP to any SMS or use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out.

Star ratings and review counts are aggregated from Google Business Profile. We do not modify or edit review content. Business owners may request review response services as part of add-on packages.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of business information listed on the Service, and we are not responsible for the quality of work performed by any listed business.

You are responsible for verifying licensing, insurance, and credentials before hiring any contractor from our directory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltaris Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or remove any listing at our discretion. Business owners may request removal at any time by emailing support@clevelandakronpros.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
